- Focus on the communication, building trust in the team members not just on tech ability but in being resilient and sharing challenges, solve them as a team and they’ll have your back
- Enjoy leading teams, invest in your own coaching, training and mentoring and seek leaders who have been there and done it, those who have trodden the path before you
