TIPS and ADVICE

We covered quite a bit today. Could you list 3 suggestions or tips you would recommend to indie devs based on our discussion?

    1. Don’t compare and despair, but learn from other communities and community managers.
    2.  If things blow up and you have a team, keep an eye on everyone to make sure they’re ok!
    3. When dealing with difficult individual situations, have resources ready to refer people to.
